Artisanal vinegar produced from an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels, Schützenbach method
This is simply vinegar at an extremely high level. The Cabernet vinegar has an immediate and marked grape character on the palate. The acidity is stronger than the chardonnay vinegar, but still pleasant with a vinous character. The palette ends with a mild tannin structure.
Has a wide range of applications from flavoring sauces to, of course, vinaigrettes and dressings.
