This is gin! More precisely, another delicious distillate from the Skånska Spritfabriken. Gin Østerlenfinsh is produced from wheat distillate which, after seasoning, is stored in barrels used to store apple distillate. The taste is unmistakably reminiscent of a classic gin dominated by juniper berries with underlying flavors of apple, pepper, cardamom, citrus and vanilla.
