This is about gin! More precisely, a delicious distillate from the Skånska Spritfabriken. Gin Østerlenfinsh is produced from wheat distillate which, after seasoning, is stored in casks used for storing apple distillate. The taste is unmistakably reminiscent of a classic gin dominated by juniper berries with underlying flavors of apple, pepper, cardamom, citrus and vanilla.
