Gin Østerlenfinsh is produced from wheat distillate, which, after seasoning, is aged in barrels previously used for apple distillate. The taste is unmistakably reminiscent of a classic gin, dominated by juniper berries with underlying notes of apple, pepper, cardamom, citrus, and vanilla.
