With Kosibox, you can easily give Christmas gifts that will be remembered.
Our corporate gift options for employees
Delivery to the workplace or delivery directly to individual employees.
The Kosiboxes can be delivered in bulk to your workplace, or we can distribute directly to each employee.
What is the minimum order?
In our webshop, the minimum order for corporate gifts is 5 pcs. If you contact us, we can find solutions for smaller quantities as well. However, we have a lower limit of NOK 300 ex VAT per gift before shipping.

You can choose from our ready-made gift boxes, or we can help you put together your very own gift.
Include the company's own articles in the gift
If you have specific items you want to include in the gift, such as branded corporate gifts or "giveaways", we can pack these in a Kosibox along with other goodies. In that case, you send us the items and we'll take care of the rest.
Profiled boxes or cards
We can engrave your logo on gift boxes or selected products. We can also print cards or box sleeves for you. Minimum order quantities apply for some services.

How long is the delivery time?
For items we have in stock, we can deliver within a few days. Exact delivery time depends on the number of gifts. For larger corporate orders, we need a little more time. Please contact us early, and we will do everything to meet your needs.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, we can send an invoice. You can select this option at checkout if you are purchasing corporate gifts via the online store.
What are the rules for corporate gifts to employees?
What applies to gifts for employees? Are corporate gifts taxable?
The Norwegian Tax Administration states:
"The main rule is that all benefits with economic value (advantages) received from an employer are taxable. This applies whether the benefit consists of cash, gifts, or other in-kind benefits.
There are certain exceptions to tax liability. Under certain conditions stipulated in a regulation to the
Tax Act, tax exemption has been granted for anniversary and commemorative gifts in an
employment relationship when the gift consists of something other than money and the value is within
specified monetary limits. Note that gift cards redeemable for cash
are not eligible for tax exemption."

How do I transfer personal data to Kosibox?
If Kosibox is to send gifts directly to your employees, we will need their name, address, and telephone number. For specific occasions, we will also need dates. This constitutes personal data that could potentially be misused if it falls into the wrong hands. Therefore, we avoid using email and instead offer encrypted file transfer or upload through our online store. We store data until the agreement expires.
